OATS DOSA - is the best recipe that could help you out in this journey...
Recipe:-
1. Take 3/4 cup roasted Oats in powered form in a bowl.
2. Add 1/2 cup of rice flour.
3. Add 1/4 cup of semolina (Sooji).
4. Add salt as per taste.
5. Add 2.5 cups of water and mix the above preparation.
6. Add 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp ginger greeny chilli paste, 1 cup of finely cut onion and 1/2 cup of coriander and green chillis.
7. Mix the above preparation to get a watery batter.
8. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
9. Take a dosa pan and put it on high flame.
10. Once the pan is hot, spread the batter on the pan to make a dosa.
11. Apply oil on all sides and cook the dosa on both sides.
12. Viola! Your super healthy Oats Dosa is ready!
