CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE (EGGLESS)

This is my own version of the chocolate microwave mug cake. This chocolaty fudgy treat is truly decadent and great for nights when I need a yummy dessert that is ready in less than 10 minutes! Chocolate chips make this recipe even better.

Ingredients :

1. Wheat flour - 4 tablespoons

2. Cocoa powder - 1.5 tablespoons

3. Jaggery powder - 4 teaspoons

4. Baking powder - 0.5 teaspoons

5. Salt - 1 pinch

6. Dark chocolate - 2 pieces

7. Oil - 2 tablespoons

8. Slim milk - 6 tablespoons

Recipe :

1. Take flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and jaggery in a mug, mix well.

2. Add milk and oil. Mix well to avoid lumps.

3. Add chocolate and mix

4. Microwave on high for 2-3 mins, check with toothpick it should come out clean.

5. Once done, allow the mug to rest for a minute and serve.

6. Put chocolate chips on top if required.
