Paneer Paratha Recipe | How to make Paneer Paratha | Its an indian flat bread recipe stuffed with grated cottage cheese and spice powders. Best part about this dish is it can be eaten for breakfast or lunch and dinner. Its a healthy dish and easy to make recipe.
Ingredients: - 2 cups crumbled paneer / cottage cheese, homemade paneer - 2 tbsp cup finely chopped carrots - 2 tbsp finely chopped cabbage - 2 tbsp finely chopped onion - 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder - 1/4 tsp garam masala - salt to taste - 1 inch ginger, grated - fistful coriander leaves, finely chopped - 1/2 tsp aamchur powder - 1 cup whole wheat flour / atta - 2-3 tsp oil or ghee - water as required for kneading - 1/4 cup wheat flour for dusting Recipe: - In a small bowl take crumbled paneer. - Add vegetables to it and mix it. - Add chilli powder, garam masala, aamchur powder and salt. Also add ginger and coriander leaves. Give a good mix and keep aside. - In a large bowl, take wheat flour add salt. - Add water and knead the dough for 5 minutes. Grease the dough with a tsp of oil and rest for atleast 20 minutes. - Make medium sized ball from the kneaded dough. - Place the prepared stuffing in the center. Take the edge and start pleating bringing to center whole pressing from centre. - Now roll it to a chapati and its ready to be cooked. - On a hot tava, add slip oil/ghee and place the rolled paratha and cook both sides. - Paneer parathas are ready. Serve them hot with with sauce, raita or pickle.
